These terms govern the use of the Tunivo Profit application. By using the application you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Tunivo Profit is provided by MASYV TEAM S.R.L., VAT number RO50726728, a company registered in Romania, which operates the online store www.tunivo.ro. Contact: office@tunivo.ro.
Tunivo Profit is an internal management accounting application. It calculates the profitability of our own online store by combining revenue and cost of goods from Shopify with costs that Shopify does not hold — courier invoices, packaging, bank fees, rent and advertising spend.
The figures it produces are for internal management purposes. They are not financial statements, not fiscal accounting, and not a substitute for the work of an accountant.
The application is private. It is not published in any app store, is not offered to any other company, and is installed on a single Shopify store owned by us. Access is limited to authorized staff of our company, through an authenticated session of that store's administration interface. Any other access is unauthorized.
Access depends on a valid Shopify administrator session. Whoever holds such access is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activity carried out through them. Access can be withdrawn at any time by removing the person's role in the store or by uninstalling the application.
The application connects, in read-only mode, to services whose accounts belong to us: Shopify, the Google Ads API, and the Meta Marketing API. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Authorization for each connection is granted by the owner of the respective account and can be revoked at any time, which stops the retrieval of new data.
The application may not be used to attempt unauthorized access to data, to interfere with its operation or the operation of the services it connects to, to circumvent its access controls, or for any purpose contrary to applicable law or to the terms of the connected services.
How the application accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains and deletes data — including Google user data — is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
The application is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. It may be unavailable during maintenance, during changes, or because of failures of the infrastructure and third-party services it depends on. We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
The application computes figures from data obtained from third-party services and from documents entered by our own staff. Where a source is missing or incomplete, the application marks the figure as incomplete and states what is missing, rather than presenting an assumption as a fact. Even so, the figures are provided as they are and must be verified before being used in any decision with financial consequences.
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, for loss of profit, or for decisions taken on the basis of the figures produced by the application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms may change. Any change is published on this page, with the date at the top updated accordingly. Continued use of the application after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.

O aplicatie interna de contabilitate manageriala. Calculeaza profitabilitatea magazinului propriu, aducand la un loc veniturile si costul marfii din Shopify cu costuri pe care Shopify nu le cunoaste — facturi de curierat, ambalare, comisioane bancare, chirie si cheltuiala de publicitate.
Cifrele produse sunt pentru uz managerial intern. Nu sunt situatii financiare, nu sunt contabilitate fiscala si nu tin locul muncii unui contabil.
Aplicatia este privata. Nu e publicata in niciun magazin de aplicatii, nu e oferita altor societati si e instalata pe un singur magazin Shopify, al nostru. Accesul e limitat la personalul autorizat al societatii, printr-o sesiune autentificata din adminul acelui magazin. Orice alt acces este neautorizat.
Accesul depinde de o sesiune valida de administrator Shopify. Cine detine un astfel de acces raspunde de pastrarea confidentialitatii credentialelor si de activitatea desfasurata prin ele. Accesul poate fi retras oricand, prin eliminarea rolului din magazin sau prin dezinstalarea aplicatiei.
Aplicatia se conecteaza, exclusiv in citire, la servicii ale caror conturi ne apartin: Shopify, Google Ads API si Meta Marketing API. Folosirea acelor servicii ramane supusa termenilor si politicilor lor. Autorizarea fiecarei conexiuni e acordata de titularul contului respectiv si poate fi revocata oricand, ceea ce opreste preluarea de date noi.
Aplicatia nu poate fi folosita pentru a incerca accesul neautorizat la date, pentru a impiedica functionarea ei sau a serviciilor la care se conecteaza, pentru a ocoli controalele de acces, sau in orice scop contrar legii ori termenilor serviciilor conectate.
Modul in care aplicatia acceseaza, foloseste, stocheaza, partajeaza si sterge datele — inclusiv datele Google — e descris in politica de confidentialitate, care face parte din acesti termeni.
Aplicatia e furnizata fara nicio garantie de disponibilitate continua. Poate fi indisponibila in timpul mentenantei, al modificarilor, sau din cauza unor defectiuni ale infrastructurii si serviciilor terte de care depinde. Putem modifica sau inceta oricand orice parte a ei.
Aplicatia calculeaza cifre din date obtinute de la servicii terte si din documente introduse de personalul propriu. Acolo unde o sursa lipseste sau e incompleta, aplicatia marcheaza cifra ca incompleta si spune ce lipseste, in loc sa prezinte o presupunere drept fapt. Chiar si asa, cifrele sunt furnizate asa cum sunt si trebuie verificate inainte de a fi folosite intr-o decizie cu consecinte financiare.
Aplicatia e furnizata "ca atare", fara garantii de niciun fel, exprese sau implicite, inclusiv fara garantii implicite de vandabilitate, de potrivire pentru un anumit scop sau de neincalcare a drepturilor tertilor.
In limitele permise de lege, nu raspundem pentru prejudicii indirecte, incidentale sau subsecvente, pentru pierderea de profit, sau pentru deciziile luate pe baza cifrelor produse de aplicatie. Nimic din acesti termeni nu exclude raspunderea care nu poate fi exclusa potrivit legii aplicabile.
Acesti termeni se pot modifica. Orice modificare e publicata pe aceasta pagina, cu actualizarea datei de mai sus. Folosirea in continuare a aplicatiei dupa o modificare inseamna acceptarea noilor termeni.
Acesti termeni sunt guvernati de legea romana. Orice litigiu care nu poate fi solutionat pe cale amiabila este de competenta instantelor romane.
